Justin Timberlake is returning to the big screen in his latest project, Open Road. Justin plays minor league baseball player Carlton Garrett who takes a roadtrip to find his estranged father, baseball player Kyle Garrett (Jeff Bridges), after his mother (Mary Steenburgen) falls ill. Carlton brings along his on-and-off girlfriend (Kate Mara) for support.

Once the father and son reunite, they embark on a series of misadventures ranging from brawls in bathrooms to crazy car trouble. All the awkwardness makes for an interesting attempt to bring the family back together again.
