Get ready to break out the tissues—and the laughs—with Phoebe in Wonderland.

Elle Fanning plays Phoebe, a young girl entrenched in an imaginary world—from that of Alice in Wonderland—in order to keep herself together while unable to adhere to the strict rules of her school and society.

Phoebe's parents, played by Felicity Huffman and Bill Pullman, tell themselves that their daughter is acting like any other child and will be just fine. They deny what they already know—Phoebe has Tourette syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The subject matter makes Phoebe in Wonderland a tough film to watch, but it is truly a good movie that causes viewers to look inside themselves and think about how they'd act in the same situations.
